About Us

Rodney joined Lehman Insurance Agency in 1999 and is the agency manager. Rodney has achieved both his Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) and Certified Insurance Counsel (CIC) designations. Rodney is married to Nichelle Lehman, and they have three sons and a daughter. They attend Middle Creek Church. In his spare time Rodney enjoys spending time with his family and friends, hunting, fishing, boating, watching his kids play lacrosse, and working outside at home.

Keith established Lehman Insurance Agency in 1968. Keith thanks the Lord for the success of the agency and also for the excellent, committed employees which provide the best possible service to our clients.  Keith is still active in the agency on a part-time basis. The underlying basis and foundation of the agency is to manage with high integrity and Christian values. Keith and his wife, Ernestine, have three grown children and eight grandchildren. They are members of Forest Hills Mennonite Church and are involved in church activities. He enjoys spending time on his gentleman farm of fourteen acres, traveling, walking, gardening, hunting and spending time with family.

Kris joined the Lehman Insurance Agency in early 2026 as Operations Manager and earned his P&C license. A Lancaster County native, Kris lives in Lititz with his wife, Shanelle, and their two children on the family’s Christmas tree farm. Kris is an active member at Middle Creek Church. His family enjoys spending time in both Colorado and Florida, along with exploring new places whenever they can. In his spare time, Kris enjoys hiking, hunting, watching his children play volleyball and baseball, and spending time with family and friends.

Anna started full-time at Lehman Insurance in 2023. She works at the Ephrata location in the Personal Lines Department assisting Rhonda, Sherri and Gerry. As a Customer Service Representative she takes calls for policy changes, writing new business and helping clients find the best coverage that suits them. Anna has taken the opportunity and is working towards her CISR designation. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family as well as traveling and serving on mission trips. She enjoys running, playing sports with friends and spending time outdoors. 

Brianna has been employed part time at Lehman Insurance since 2022 as part of the personal lines team. She is currently working towards obtaining her P&C license, where she then plans to become a CSR for the agency.  She is active in her youth group and children's ministry at her church. In her spare time, she enjoys walking, reading, and spending time with friends and family. 

Cheryl joined the commercial department of Lehman Insurance in 2013 as a licensed customer service representative.  Cheryl is an active member of the Ephrata United Zion Church.  She has two children and three grandchildren.  Cheryl loves being a grandma, and making special memories with her grandchildren.  She enjoys spending time with family and friends, gardening, traveling, camping and hiking. 

Chuck has been employed by Lehman Insurance Agency since 2007. In 2008, he completed a thirty-week Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI). program. Prior to his employment at our agency, he worked for twenty years in the sales and customer service fields. Chuck grew up in upstate New York, went to college in Virginia and has lived in Lancaster County since 1987. He and wife, Carol, have two sons, Clay and Carson.  Clay and his wife McKayla have two children and a third on the way.  Carson is married to Abby.  In addition to spending time with his family, he is involved with his church and enjoys various sporting activities and motorcycle riding. Chuck's personal philosophy is to treat others the way he would want to be treated. Honesty and integrity is the key in any relationship.

Dan began working at Lehman Insurance in 2018 after attending Messiah College for business administration. He began in personal lines and is now a commercial lines account manager.  He is married to Hannah whom he met at Messiah College. When he is not at work he enjoys hiking, fly fishing, playing golf and spending time with his family and friends. 

Deanne joined Lehman Insurance in 2013 and is responsible for the Mount Joy office. She has been a licensed insurance professional since 1990 and offers 30+ years of varied experience to the team. Deanne is a lifetime resident of Lancaster County and resides in the local Mount Joy/Elizabethtown community with teenage children in the EASD. She and her family attend Community Bible Church in Marietta, PA and enjoy outdoor activities with pets, community gatherings and time with friends and family. 

Diane Marshall started full-time at Lehman Insurance in 2024. She works at the Ephrata location in the Personal Lines department. As a Customer Service Representative she takes calls for policy changes, writes new business, and helps clients find the best coverage that suits them. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband. She also enjoys reading, doing crossword puzzles, and going to the mountains or beach with her husband.  

Gerry Hess has been working with Farm and AgriBusiness insurance for 30 years.  She grew up on a steer and pig farm and loves working with the industry even though she no longer lives on a farm.  Gerry works with small gentleman farms, large corporate farms and ag businesses.  She enjoys the challenge of getting the best insurance coverage for the many things that are happening on farms today.
When Gerry is not working she enjoys spending time outdoors.  Her family enjoys hiking, biking and playing golf together.  Gerry and her husband are active in their church and enjoy their time with the children’s ministry and welcoming committee.
 

Jayne joined Lehman Insurance Agency’s commercial department in 2023.   She has over 13 years of experience in the insurance industry in both commercial and personal lines, as well as life insurance. In her spare time, Jayne enjoys art & crafting, reading, gardening, traveling, community volunteering, and spending time with friends and family, including her two adult children.

Jeff joined Lehman Insurance in the Commercial Lines Department in 2024 after graduating from Messiah University with a degree in Business Administration.  He actively attends Forest Hills Mennonite Church where he met his wife, Kyra.  Some of his hobbies include playing golf, tennis, fishing, watching Formula 1 and spending time with family and friends.

Jess joined the commercial department of Lehman Insurance in 2019. She has obtained her license as a commercial customer service representative and has 5 years of experience. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, doing puzzles, going to the mountains and spending time with her family.

Jill joined Lehman Insurance in spring of 2026 with a career in client services. She will be the first smiling face you see, or voice you hear, when reaching out to Lehman Insurance for any of your needs. She is happily married to her high school sweetheart, and they have two sons; one living in Ephrata and the other in South Carolina. Her family also includes their beloved dog, Paisley. Outside of work, she enjoys interior decorating, gardening, reading, and traveling, but she most values spending quality time with her friends and family.

Joyce has been employed by Lehman Insurance Agency since 2005.    She serves as both the Office Manager and in the commercial department providing both administrative support and customer service to our clients. Besides having fabulous coworkers, she truly enjoys her client relationships.  In her spare time, Joyce enjoys spending time with her husband, two adult children, three beautiful grandchildren, walking her dog and playing board/phone games. She attends LCBC Manheim Campus.

Lee joined Lehman Insurance in 2022 to measure and take pictures of properties.  His many years as a residential builder helps Lehman Insurance to have an accurate and professional report of the properties it serves.  He is an active member of Forest Hills Mennonite Church in Leola, serving as usher and on the property committee.  He has been involved in many MDS and several church camps with their building projects.  He enjoys spending time with his two Daughters families and seven grandkids.  In his spare time, you might find him hunting or working at his property in Tioga County. 

Maggie has been employed with Lehman Insurance since 2019. She serves as our bookkeeper. In Maggie’s spare time she loves spending time with her husband and 4 year old daughter. She enjoys being outside in her garden or in the mountains with her family. 

Makenna joined Lehman Insurance in late 2025, as a part time processing assistant with the commercial lines team. She is currently working towards earning her P&C license. In her free time, she likes to spend time with friends and family. Makenna enjoys playing many sports, with her favorite being volleyball. She likes being in the outdoors whether that is fishing, hunting or just sitting outside by a campfire.

Meredith has been employed with Lehman Insurance since 2025.  She grew up in Ephrata until 2005 when she graduated Ephrata High School.  For her undergraduate studies she moved to Massachusetts where she got her degree in Special Education and Math at Eastern Nazarene College.  When she moved back in 2017, she began working for her dad’s insurance agency and got her insurance license in 2018.  Meredith especially enjoys getting to know her clients and taking the time to ensure they are properly insured and helping them with any needs they might have.  Meredith has experience in Personal and Commercial lines however she mostly works with the Personal Lines Department.  She has two young daughters, Jade and Alia who are her world.  When she is not working and spending time with her daughters, she enjoys traveling up north to visit family and friends, spending time outdoors, cruising around on her e-bike, finding good restaurants, and shopping at thrift stores.  

Rhonda has been employed with Lehman Insurance since 1996 and is the Personal Lines Manager. She has held the designations of CISR and CIC since 2004. Rhonda really enjoys helping people find the insurance coverage that best suits them and meets their needs. Rhonda enjoys the insurance industry because it is constantly changing and requires learning new things. When she is not at work, she is kept busy caring for her family of three children, her husband, and their dog, Emmie. Rhonda is active at her church in the children’s ministry and also enjoys cooking/baking, walking, and swimming. 

Rod joined the Lehman Insurance Agency staff in 2004 and works in the New Holland Office. He has over 30 years experience in the insurance industry. Rod is married with three children and eight grandchildren. He enjoys walking and golfing in his spare time.

Sherri joined the Lehman Insurance team in 2023. She has been a license insurance professional since 1990 and has achieved her CISR elite designation as well as her life/health license.  She splits her time between the Mount joy & Ephrata Offices.   She works primarily
in the personal lines department.  Sherri enjoys sales, servicing & the relationship with clients.  She has two grown daughters & four grandchildren.  Sherri attends LCBC Manheim campus.  In her spare time, she loves spending time with family & friends, traveling, cruising, mingling with neighbors while walking the dog & and over the summer you will find her at the beach! 
 

Sandi joined the Lehman Insurance Agency’s Farm and Commercial Teams in 2025. Having well over 30+ years experience with personal, commercial, farm and life insurance she enjoys helping people with the complicated subject of insurance. Educating as well as forming relationships. On her free time, she enjoys spending time with her two adult children, her granddaughter and her Yorkshire Terrier, especially on the annual trip to Corolla in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. 

Tammy joined our team in 2025 and brings 25+ years of insurance experience, specializing in commercial insurance.  Tammy has achieved her Certificated Insurance Counsel (CIC), Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI), Certificated Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation and holds her Property and Casualty License as well as her Accident and Health and her Life and Fixed Annuities licenses.  She is married to Jeremy and is the proud mother of four sons and six grandchildren.  Born and raised in Lancaster County, she is one of nine children.  She most enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, IndyCar Racing and the Pittsburg Steelers.
